Team Manager - Sales - BFS (5-7 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Increase standards of customer service.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure quality consistency across the region.
- Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
- Set sales targets for individual locations.
Candidate Requirement :
- At least 5+ years experience in sales
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field.
- Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
