Job Description :
- Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.
- Create and carry out a business plan that is strategic and grows the organisation.
- Recruit, establish goals, mentor, and oversee sales reps' performance on your own
- By collaborating with them and getting to know their needs, you may create and maintain enduring relationships with your customers.
- Report on sales, revenue, and expenses and provide the management team with reasonable projections.
- Recognise rising markets and changes in the market while keeping up with new releases and the state of the competition.
