Team Manager - Sales - BFS (2-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduation in Any stream
- Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and marketing
- Good Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Result oriented
- Strong negotiation skill
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 200,000.00 - 350,000.00 per year
