Designation : Team Manager - Lead Generation.


- The Sales Lead Generation role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Sales team.


- The role involves the incumbent to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.


- We are looking for a Business Lead Generator to support our Business Development team.


Lead Generation Specialist ( Domestic - Banking Sector )

Shift : Only Day Shifts


Responsibilities :


- Generate Quality lead for Bank's & NBFC's


- Strong internet search skills and do Business research


- Generate new business tele sales and also thru the team


- Analyze business requirements & Communicate accordingly


- Closely involving in all type of International Business Development & market research.


- Finding various potential leads and links through social media, emails & cold calling & convert them into Business


- Handle inbound calls from prospects inquiring


- Set appointments for Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development.


- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.


- Any Graduate / Post graduate in Business Mgmt with a strong willingness to pursue a career in Sales.

Highly motivated self starter.


- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience


- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.


- A prior experience in CRM preferred.


- Excellent client service skills.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Multi-lingual with great command over Tamil, English and Hindi preferred.


- Willingness to work from the factory in Oragadam near Chennai.


- The CTC for the role will be in the range of INR 3 to 6 Lakhs per annum depending on the experience. The title will depend on the fitment.


Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
