Team Leader - Web/Chat Process - Telecom (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handling web-chat process with expertise in driving Customer Satisfaction related deliverables.
- Responsible for coaching and supporting Team Supervisors in a Service Center.
- Analyse and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements
Salary : INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have experience in Telecom process
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Web/Chat Process in BPO industry
- Min 2 Years Experienced for handling a team
- Should have Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be Graduate.
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
