1. Team Leader (Outbound Voice Process).

Job Briefing : we are looking for candidates who work as a Team leader in - Domestic BPO Call centre- . They will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Responsibilities :

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines

- Driving performance on SLA's being measured by the business

- Oversee day-to-day operation

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics

- Motivate team members
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Require Female/Male Candidates focusing on Outbound Voice Process

- Proven work experience as a team leader in Outbound Domain

- People Management and Customer experience .

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics(Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA)

- Should be flexible to work between 7 AM to 7 PM for 6 days and 1 rotational off

Qualification :

- Graduate mandatory in any stream

Work Experience

- 1.5 to 3 years in relevant industry

Salary : Up to 4 LPA.

Gender : Female / Male .

- 2 to 3 years in relevant industry(Inbound Voice Domain Experience Must)
