Team Leader - Telesales - Stationary Business (2-4 yrs)

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of stationary products for commercial and domestic use. They are recognized and widely known for their specialized papers like Glassline papers, Non-woven masking tapes and film products. They have been honored with the Business Sphere award and their clients include NGO, MNCs, PSUs, Paper Merchants in India and abroad.

Based out of Delhi, the 40 yr old brand has a dedicated team of experienced and efficient professionals. Their state of art machinery ensures that their clients' requirements are met with the right quality and quantity, along with being costefficient. They are now running multiple factories, a single-point warehouse and several sales offices across India.

As Team Leader - Telesales, you will be leading a team of sales coordinator to increase efficiency, output, and motivation.

What you will do:

- Troubleshooting issues sales coordinator face

- Providing training to them whenever required

- Becoming the interface between management and sales coordinators for effective communication on both sides.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

-Experience in handling a team of tele callers in a BPO type setup.

- Team handling experience mandatory

-Good communication, English proficiency, Leadership

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 2,50,000 to 3,00,000
