Team Leader - Telesales - BPO/eCommerce (4-11 yrs)
- Should have Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar outbound/inbound sales position (including cold calling).
- Should be familiar with basic computer skills, multi lingual will be an advantage English, Hindi - other regional languages an advantage
- Should have 2 years of Team leading Experience.
- Should be target oriented.
Competencies :
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be able to communicate, both oral and written in English & Hindi
