Team Leader - Telesales - BPO (2-4 yrs)
- Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity
- Ensuring lead generation and conversion into sales leading to revenue generation.
- Controlling attrition
- Segregating and assigning leads across the executives
- Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved
- Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required (B29)
- Proficiency in Ms-Excel and all kinds of reports i.e Talk time/Attendance/Sales/ AHT/Dial out etc.
- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader on papers in BPO (Telesales process only)
- Candidate should have dialer experience
- Candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales in BPO / Telesales / Telemarketing etc domain
