Team Leader - Telesales - BPO (1-6 yrs)
Job title : Team Leader
Reports to : Sales manager
Department : In House Sales
Location : Surat
Salary Range : 25,000 - 35,000 per month
Job Purpose :
- To monitor the team with their call time, call quality, and revenue targets while building relations and motivating them.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
- Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that targets are achieved.
- Train the team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
- Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints, if required.

Qualifications:
- Masters/ Bachelor's Degree with experience of min. 3 years in Sales, Marketing, Promotions or Telemarketing.
- Experience of min. 2 year as a team leader in Sales, Marketing, Promotions or Telemarketing.
