Job Details :
- Need to have experience in telesales initially, to understand the basic required etiquette.
- Must have handled a team of 10-15 telesales agents (purely into outbound sales only).
- Must be a self-motivated and must be a target oriented Individual.
- Responsible to help and coordinate with the team to achieve the desired targets.
