Job Summary
Looking for Team Leader with minimum 4 years of work experience on FULL time basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle a team of relationship Telecalling executives & team leaders with 4-5 direct reportees and 20-25 staff indirectly reporting
- Resolve partner, customer, team disputes in a pragmatic yet positive manner
- Provide customer support & execute sales for the company services into Women Health Care.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Awesome at making customer relationships and meeting sales targets
- Day to day dealings and updates with doctors and clinics
- Good at objection handling and solving problems
- Impeccable customer handling skills and good Communication skills
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Qualification :
Bachelor's (Minimum)
Experience - Min. 4 years of relevant experience
Skills :
- Strong communication skills
- Great Influencing or pitching capability
- Have experience of team hiring, management, engagement
- Have experience of sales, understanding customer requirements and over achieving targets
- Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
