- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

3. Monitor and analyze team performance and provide constructive feedback.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales processes.

5. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

6. Foster a positive and results-driven team culture.

7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

8. Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales metrics.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

2. Strong motivational and leadership skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

4. Sound understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

5. Ability to analyze data and implement effective strategies.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Hiring Specification :


- Education : Graduate

- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader in BPO or direct selling/telemarketing in service industry.

- Experience in coaching and developing skills of people.

- Knowledge of Bank's products & processes along with detailed knowledge of Bank products, their uniqueness, comparison to competitors etc.
