Position: Team Manager / Sr Team Manager ( Motor Insurance , Tele Sales Process )

Responsibilities
Must have 3-5 years of experience of working in outbound motor insurance Tele sales process
Industry - Motor Insurance
KRA - Team Building, Team Handling , Achieving , Monthly targets , Attrition Management.
- Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
- Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
- Contacting customers and presentation of the current products or services
- Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being me

Skills Required - Data Management , Good at Excel, PPT.
Working Days - Mon to sat
Working Hours - 10 Am to 6 Pm
