- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Accountable for the targets as per daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
- Motivating, Retaining, and Driving the sales team towards the company objective.
- Managing daily activity of team's like Utilization, Shrinkage, and Productivity
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Monitoring calls, coaching, and feedback, responsibility for ensuring good customer experience on every call
- Ensuring No miss-Selling/Unethical practices in the processes
- Should be able to work in pressure situation
- Daily briefings, plan of action- weekly and monthly planning for executive/ Sr. executive
- Ensure smooth collaboration with other stakeholders (quality, training, and service) for the development of team
- Should be able to make/review reports and action them accordingly
- Should be maintaining data on issuance and keep a track of it thus maintaining issuance at the organizational level
- Should have at least 1+ years of experience of Managing teams as TL/AM of Online Term Insurance.
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Should have excellent data management skills and should have good knowledge of Excel
- Exposure to high scale selling is must
