Role :

Skills Required :

- Coordinate to ensure completion of TNI in the Markets as per timelines

- Interact periodically with relevant stakeholders to re-align TNI and consolidate the same for the Markets

- Evaluate Training Effectiveness through assessments / observations / feedback and drive corrective measures

- Coordinate with SMEs/content team to ensure development of new programs as per consolidated needs and business goals based

- Align with content team to provide feedback after delivery of content

- Maintain and update the curriculum for Onboarding of all associates in the Markets - management and non-management to keep it relevant for the business

- Continuously work with SMEs to ensure training content is current

- Build the training calendar for the Markets based on inputs from TNI and in partnership with SMEs/trainers

- Execute the training programs as per the training calendar

- Deliver programs based on the calendar

- Co-ordinate with all relevant SMEs to ensure delivery happens as per timelines

- Prepare a conducive environment for learning by organizing all aids, collaterals and venue.

- Propose innovative methodologies to enhance learning and training delivery - use the EEE approach

- Implement, audit, track and review effectiveness of training

- Partner with operations teams to enhance performance of associates through multiple learning interventions

- Consolidate the learning calendar for the market

- Share finalised calendar with relevant stakeholders

- Analyse, track and audit planned Vs. Actual trainings

- Ensure all attendance sheets are maintained, and Training MIS is updated

- Share the training report on a monthly basis with stakeholders
