Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (8-20 yrs)

Currently we are hiring Team Leader - Sales (Real Estate) for Bangalore location.

The KRA for Team Lead is as follows :

- Handle sales Lead calls,follow up and responsible for closing the leads.

- All leads entries, follow-up and finalization should be carried out through ERP.

- Responds to all leads are covered and converted into sales to the maximum levels.

- Plan and implement various options to generate sales from existing customers, referrals, and develop new customers.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate & institutional clients, all kind of banks, loan leading agencies & etc.

- Manage a sales team and provide leadership training, coaching and plan direct sales team training.

- Set individual sales targets for the team.

- Ensure proper allocation of targets to team and to ensure targets are achieved as per schedule and as per the budget.

- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.

- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.

- Monitor the team members performance.

- Build real estate customer base.

- Passionate towards real estate sales growth.

- Ensure dissemination of information in the vertical and to drive down Company objectives, plans, policies, rules and regulations to build strong brand image in the market as well as in the society by ensuring highest standards of quality in the work executed.

- Maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly report of the team.

CTC :

5 LPA to 8 LPA + Incentives per sale.

Immediate joiners required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 500,000.00 to - 800,000.00 /year + Incentives per sale.
