Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (5-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the overall running of the sales team.
- Achieve growth and complete the sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demo graphics.
- Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier.
- Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives.
- Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
- Manage the relationship with Developers to generate more opportunities.
- Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses & Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses
Qualification and Skills :
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Must have 5 years of real estate sales experience in B2C sales.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven Knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Previous experience of Team handling.
