Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)
Urgent Hiring for Team Leader - Real Estate Sales with experience ranging from 5+ yrs.
Overall Job requirements :
1) Currently working or worked as Team Leader with handling of 2-5 Sales Associates
2) Result Oriented Sales Manager (Self and Team closures)
3) Work Locations : Noida and Greater Noida
4) Contact potential clients/ ensure leads utilization and closures at the max
5) Salary range - Highly competitive: 6 LPA - 12 LPA or above + Profit Sharing model also available (salary negotiable and open for the right candidate with relevant work experience in Sales of Real Estate)
6) Attractive Incentives per closure

Responsibilities :
- Deliver monthly sales/revenue target assigned
- Lead a team of 7 to 10 sales executives (SEs)
- Prepare weekly reports of all client interactions with clear updates of all communications and actions
- Training and development of SEs to ensure that they are able to understand customer requirements, suggest appropriate solutions and close the final deal
- Monitor performance of SEs to ensure that they achieve the sales/revenue target
- Solve customer queries and problems and ensure a healthy working relationship with both clients and withing the organization
Skills required :
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sector
- Result oriented team leader
- Passionate to achieve the Targets through self and team work
- Awareness of the latest real estate projects
- Strong communication, inter-personal and customer service skills
- Ability to a lead and groom a team of 7 to 10 people
