Designation: TEAM LEADER
Experience: 2 Years of experience
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduates are preffered
Computer skills: MS Office, Excel
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month
Gender : Female
Working Hours: 10:00 to 6:00 pm
Location: Shivaji Marg, New Delhi
Job Description :
- Train and coach the sales team and give presentation and demonstration of features and benefits of company`s projects
- Ensure to convert prospects to closed sales. By providing, close, personal client attention and tenacious follow up to ensure best service, from sales executives.
- Lead generation and managing the prospects.
- Responsible for handling queries related to site.
- Strong coordination and execution with sales team .
- Organizing meetings and follow up by a very strong communications with sales team.
- Keep proper check on coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Delegate task and set deadline.
- Set sales targets and motivate sales team.
- Prepare sales report.
Skills Required in Candidates:-
- Excellent leadership,communication and motivation skills.
- Sales industry experience.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good computer skills record keeping software is used for creating and storing sales records and reports.
- Good team management quality
