Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead with expertise in Insurance Sales. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, ensuring targets are met, and providing exceptional training support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Utilize excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to coach and mentor team members.
- Manage and monitor sales performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Handle reports related to training and excel, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
- Ensure team members have the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members to maintain a high-performing sales force.
- Utilize prior sales experience in Insurance (Life/Health/Term) to drive team success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 65% in SSC, HSC, and Graduation.
- Strong knowledge of excel and reporting related to Training.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful sales caller in any sales process.
- At least 2 years of experience in handling and leading a sales team.
- Candidates with below 80% score in IQ & math will not be considered.
- Should have a stable work experience history.
Location preference: Central & Harbour areas.
