Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing in any field
- Excellent customer service skills; the capacity to handle a variety of tasks quickly
- Strong managerial abilities; and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Role :
- From your team, create a lead of potential customers.
- Develop relationships with your clients.
- Determine the client's needs.
- Offer customers the best products possible.
- Assist your sales team and customers with sales.
- Control the daily, weekly, and monthly choreography.
- Hold regular monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with Agency partners.
- A monthly exercise in setting goals and income
- Develop good working relationships
- Understand the requirements of your business customers
- Research the market and competitive products
- Present the product or service favorably and in a structured proficient way face-to-face.
- Listen to customer needs and present suitably products to make a sale.
- Strong Communications and Presentations Skill of the Products
- Ability to coach and Mentor your Financial Advisors team
- Attractive Personality and positive attributes
