JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee the attainment of insurance sales targets by hiring agents.
- Agent development and training on a commission basis.
- Oversee each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed to the appropriate standards.
- Update the Sales Management System and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- Encourage agents to join the organisation by promoting and motivating them for the Career -Progression Programme.
- Encourage agents to manage their customers' cross-selling of various items by using the Agent Portal CRM.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
Experience : A minimum of one to two years of sales experience
