Team Leader - Sales - Food & Beverages (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for Sales Team Leader for Panaji Goa location, for a leading distribution company which is distribution tycoon in Goa & South Maharashtra Territory STL has to take care of sales & sales team of his territory
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Distribution Development
- Responsible for Sales Growth to increase market share
- Responsible for volume growth in his Area.
- Reporting directly to Sales Manager of his State/Zone
- Lead a team of 5 to 6 Sales officers in his territory.
- Build a team and motivate them for high performance
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- 4 to 8 years of experience in mainstream Food Industry
- Should have rich FMCG/ Food Sales & distribution expansion background
- Must have lead a team of Sales Officers & Sales Representatives in the Food Industry.
Preferred Age : 25 - 40 Years
- A graduate in any discipline or MBA from a good institute may be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Strong Selling ability
