Team Leader & Sales Executive - New DSA - Personal Loans (1-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Business Planning & development i.e. Tie-up with Freelancers, Dealers & Distributors, DSAs etc.
- Maintaining the Profitability of Business, Achievement of the Business Targets.
- Maintains the relationship with our clients, Dealers and DSAs.
- Can have exp in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Unsecured Loan but should be comfortable with Personal Loan
- Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new prospective customers, lead generation
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales target set by the company.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance that could be targeted, building a good relationship with the decision Makers and getting business for the organization
Salary : INR 1,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.

- Good understanding of retail lending industry in general & unsecured lending business in specific.
- Strong connects in third party distribution channels and ability to source business through them.
- Ability to hire associates, Freelancers and manage productivity of direct reports.
