Team Leader - Sales - Education (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible to deliver defined Team KPIs
- Ensures his/her team operators are delivering individual outbound calls target, Call Done, Converting leads into sales
- Monitoring calls and giving feedback
- Manage and motivate team
Salary : INR 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 P.A
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have experience in tele-sales
- Should have team handling experience
- Ability to set targets and coach/motivate sales staff towards achieving them.
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
