Team Leader - Sales/Business Development - Bank (1-4 yrs)
We are searching for a highly observant Business Development Manager to generate accurate support on behalf of our steadily growing firm.
Job Role :
-Recruit Team under you and support them as a Manager.
- You can also recruit Part Time Employees under you.
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
- Conduct meeting with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face to face or digitally.
- Attend all meeting and training programs conducted by management.
- Ensure 1 or 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis.
- Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the company.
Desired Profile :
Education: Graduate.
Experience: Sales experience of 2 years in sales and marketing.
Age : Between 24 to 38 years.
