Team Leader - Sales - BPO/Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- Currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Team Leader of Sales in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. As a prominent player in the industry, this BPO company prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and delivering cost-effective solutions to our clients.
Role : Team Leader -Sales
Location : Chandivali, Mumbai
Qualifications : Minimum HSC
Salary : Upto 30k - In hand (Depends on your Skillset and previous package)

- Shift Window - 9 am to 9 pm
Note :
- Must be an Immediate Joiner
- Should be in between 19 and 35 years of age
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years as a Team Leader
- Must have proven Experience in Sales (preferably Insurance Sales)
- Must have Experience in BPO
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the BPO industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within current client accounts and with new clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their requirements
