Team Leader - Sales - BPO (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments.
- Responsible for sourcing, generating; closing new acquisition & activation signing leads.
- Will be managing the team of direct sales people.
- Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
- Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market.
- Achieving sales targets.
Key Competencies :
- 3-6 years of relevant sales experience and minimum 1 year experience in Team handling.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
