Team Leader - Sales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Identifying clients, introducing the company and self, presenting the concept, convincing its value and the benefits and executing the order and corporate services, adhering to target limits.
- Working effectively in close coordination with the team member assigned to you to fulfil the monthly reach of your branch.
- Effectively allocating, monitoring & executing each order generated by the team members.
- Support feedback to each sales team members on developments concerned to the order execution on daily basis and work pro-actively to motivate and uplift the reach of the branch's monthly targets.
