Position: Team Leader, Sales

Job Description:
- Supports team manager and performs management duties. Handling the FOS team.
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
- Should have the financial sales background.
- With good communication skill.
- Handling merchant & client queries and maintain a relationship.
- Maintain a healthy co-oration between merchant and managers.
- Identify new opportunities and continues business enhancement.
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Socially adept.
- Good with numbers.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Leadership Experience, Product Knowledge and Industry Experience, Leadership Skills, Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills, Motivational Skills, Results-Oriented, Employee Training Experience, Interviewing Skills, Sales Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building, Customer Service Skills.
Educational Requirements : Graduate in any field.
- Android mobile compulsory.
- Bike will be preferred since the span of control is expanded due to no. of direct FOS reportees (10 reportees meaning 40 / 50 allotted stores).
- Relevant experience of 3+ years min.
- Net salary around 20 to 25k max. plus traveling allowance + incentives (basis revenue generation targets
