Job Description

- Manage a large and diverse team of Executive's working towards pre-defined targets

- Manage a large and diverse team of CSAs working towards pre-defined targets

- Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor

- Responsible for staff retention within the team

- Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets

- To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager

- To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps

- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them

- To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence

- Accountable for smooth flow of operations

- Coordination between Managers and Team Members

- Abide by companies and clients Information Security Polices

Requirements

- Candidate should be graduate

- Candidate should have very good communication skills

- 1 year of experience in similar kind of profile would be advantageous

- Experience in sales process would be added advantage (Inbound or Outbound)
