Obligations :

- Creating a team of financial consultants; managing the team

- Increasing one's acquaintance with the company's products and services.

- Collaborating with the team to ensure that the company is reaching its target market and their business.

- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; monitoring sales performance; and managing the team and timely delivery.

- Establishing strategies for strategic growth

- Effective client follow-up, lead generation, and customer retention.

Competencies & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree, any field

- Experience in sales for two years (Field Sales).

- Expertise in sales dynamics and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Superb interpersonal abilities
