Summary :
- The Team Leader, Sales is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in achieving sales goals. They will work with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, track and analyze sales performance, and provide coaching and support to team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of sales representatives in achieving sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Track and analyze sales performance
- Provide coaching and support to team members
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest sales trends and techniques
- Represent the team at sales meetings and events
- Recruit and hire new sales representatives
- Manage the team's budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary : 28k to 33k + incentives
