Responsibilities :
1. Drive the growth agenda through leveraging Banca channel and ensuring higher penetration at the Branch level
2. Take accountability to build relationships with Banca channel to develop mutually beneficial relationship
- Managing existing Banc assurance and Allied Relationship
3. Managing team for bank tie ups.
4. Provide end to end solutions to Banca partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
- Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners
5. Regularly monitoring and controlling cover notes
- Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMD's regularly
6. General Insurance background with team handling experience is required
