Job Description
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of sales, after-sales & business development team.
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
- Answer team members questions, helps with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Requirement :
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. CRM)
- BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
