- Able to join Immediately

- Will be responsible for handling a team of Telecallers(Outbound Sales Process)

- Having Experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, and online Lead closures.

- Having Team Handling Experience to Manage a minimum of 5-10 Team members.

- Having a Good Practice in MS Office for Reportings and Email's.

- Able to Train the Team for the New Product and Services.

- Able to Mature Sales of Team as per the DRR and Montly Sales Projected.

- Managing & measuring work

- Ability to handle sales pressure

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong external and management reporting skills

- Coach & mentor Team lead so that they are able to manage their teams better

- Fullfill the Team Size as per the monthly projected numbers of team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: - 15,000. - 30,000. Salary+(1 Lac approx Incentive) per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

- Performance bonus

- Quarterly bonus

- Yearly bonus

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Direct sales/B2C Sales: 1 years (Preferred)
