Team Leader - Sales (8-12 yrs)
Your day to day
- Handling a team of 6-8 people
- Generate appointments with prospective clients individually and along with the team
- Educate the customer about our services
- Follow up and closure of business opportunities
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to meet individual and teambusiness targets
What We AreLooking For?
- Has an experience of minimum 8 years
- Has prior team management experience
- Ambition and desire for improvement and professional growth
- Negotiation skills, persuasiveness and resilience
- Comfortable with B2C direct selling
- A self-motivated person and team player
- Result oriented
- Having a degree in BTech or MBA in Marketing is a plus
