Team Leader - Sales (3-8 yrs)

Detailed Description:

1. Candidate is required to be flexible for work, where Basic Shifts will be for 9 hours, including 1 hour breaks, and the timings will be from Morning 8 to evening 8. You will be aligned in any shift between this 12 hours Window.

2. Should be flexible to work on National Holidays/State Holidays, as per requirements, Should be flexible to stretch as and when required.

3. Should be comfortable in handling Outbound/Inbound/Back-office/Blended process as per requirements.

4. Should be ready to handle escalations based on customer requests.

5. Should have good knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word and PPT)

6. Should be experienced in handling Outbound/Inbound Process, with a team size of minimum 30 to 40 people.

7. Should be able to handle team issues, manage Roster, keep attrition under control, and shrinkage under check

8. Will be required to do constant monitoring of AMEYO and drive sales targets/Deliver Customer service Answering and Service Levels on basis.

9. Should be able to manage team performance, related to assigned process.

10. The Job requires you to work 7 days a week with 6 weekly Offs in a month, and these will be provided as per Roster shared on weekly basis.

11. Candidates with self-conveyance and staying in and near Noida are preferred, since we do not provide transport ( Pick or Drop)
