Hiring for Team Leader in Travel (On Paper)
- Night shift
Roles and Responsibilities for Outbound process
1) To manage a large and diverse team of 3-4 operational KRAs
2) Ability to Visualise, Manage and Achieve Targets
3) Manage day to day activities of team and ensure 100% compliance on procedure, policy guidelines and performance reporting of the team,
4) Responsible for feedback and coaching the agents as to achieve their respective KRAs
5) Experience in Outbound Sales
6) Presents detailed information and responds to questions from Managers, Clients, and Customers
7) Control of Attrition and Shrinkage
Experience: 3-7 years
Budget- 35k- 50k plus variable
Min team handling of 10+ agents done already
Industry like policybazaar, etc can be perferrable
