Team Leader - Outbound Sales - Payment Gateway (2-6 yrs)
Notice period : Immediate or 15 days
Education : Graduation
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Monday to Saturday Working/Saki Naka Office/09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Designation : Team Leader
Role : Team leader ,managing team of tele callers.
- Should be well Versed with sales call centre metrics with minimum 2 years of Experience in Team leader Role on paper.
- Requirement is for any person who has handled and worked in Outbound Sales Process. Though Payment Industry is preferred
- Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales via tele calling model.
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Would prefer candidates who speak Hindi, English and any other Indian languages.
- Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, Problem-Solving,
- Should exhibit Good communication and presentation abilities

Background/Industry - Telesales is mandatory. Should have been managing team size of 10- 15 callers directly
