Team Leader - Outbound Sales - BPO (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
A leading international BPO in Bangalore is looking for candidates having Team Leader experience of at least 1 year on papers.
Experience : 3 years experience in international voice process and at least 1 yr experience as a TL on papers
Salary: 5 to 7 lakhs p.a.
Age limit: 32
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate/under graduate
Process: International Voice
Key Performance Indicators :
- Ensure SLAs according to project specifications are met
- Responsible for outstanding customer service. Answers queries and provide resolutions in the most polite and appropriate manner
- Adherence to the client prescribed format for query resolution
- Adherence to process requirements, security norms and metrics
- Adherence to shift schedule team meetings and training requirements
- Invest in self and add to skill sets
