5. Should have handled 30+ team members

8. Should be a team lead on papers with at least 2 years of TL experience
9. UG/graduate/PG with experience in inbound/outbound/sales call centre/bpo
10. Candidate must be good in team management, performance management, and client management
11. Effectively manage shift operations.
12. Should have sales - Outbound - Lead Generation experience
13. track customer satisfaction & ensure closure of complaints.
