Job Responsibility :
- Manager is a people manager, customer manager, and business manager.
- Manager is in charge of recruiting, training, managing, Motivating and advising all salespeople.
- Managers are also responsible for ensuring that each team member meet individual goals
- Managers are create and submit daily sales reports to supervisors
- Managers also meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly.
- Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self generated leads
- Ensures all Customer request are fully and accurately filled and scheduled properly
