Team Leader/Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As our Executive/Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Generate business.
- To find a new lead.
- Training and managing a team.
- Set Up sales goal, and maintain Client Relation.
- Build relation With Agent and customer.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation with good communication skills and an open market knowledge.
- Need minimum 2years experience in any Sales or Marketing.
- Local candidate with a good local network.
