Position : Sales Manager - Team Leader
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Job Roles :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records
- Sales of insurance policies through an agency model
- Generate Business from leads generated, open market & references for achieving sales targets
- Generation, meetings, and sales closure on daily basis.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective fulfillment of leads
- Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients in order to find new business prospects.

Criteria :
Education : Graduation complete in any stream
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
