Roles and Responsibilities :
- It is for agency channel.
- Candidates have to hire a team of Insurance Managers & Agent Advisors and train them.
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2 years Experience in any sales & Marketing
- Local Candidate
Age : 2.75 to 3.75 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit
