We are seeking young, energetic people who have a passion for sales and achieving lofty goals.

Important obligations:

- Build a strong advisor base by locating and hiring qualified advisors.

- Help advisors develop their businesses by assisting them with lead generation, prospecting, and business development.

- Ascertain that advisors offer clients the appropriate financial solutions in accordance with need analysis and that they follow necessary business procedures and norms.

- Obtain the business goals each month for bringing in new clients and hiring advisors.

- Find the producers., Business Growth.

- Reach the monthly business goals for bringing in new clients and hiring advisors.

- Make sure that the advisors on the selling through team are in line with all business quality metrics.

- Engaging both the current and newly hired producers

- Managing client relationships.

the bare minimum:

Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years' sales experience

Age: 21 to 39

having worked in customer-facing positions in any industry

Full-time position type

Salary: 2,75,000 to 4,50,000 INR
