Team leader/Manager - Business Development/Sales - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
We are seeking an ideal candidate for the position of sales manager who possesses experience and depth-knowledge of the sales process, excellent client handling, source of customers, presentation skills, and lead closing abilities.

Job Roles And Responsibilities :
- Guide a team towards achieving sales objectives.
- Foster positive behavior by teaching it and coaching it up.
- Assist a group of people in learning and achieving their personal objectives.
- Welcome customers and resolve any issues they may have.
- Encourage a positive work environment to attract repeat clients.
- Correct any errors with the safe.
- Create a regional marketing and sales plan, and achieve projected sales.
- Locate potential customers and business partners.
- Organizing post-sale services.
- Researching potential new markets and preparing business proposals.
- Provide the Head of Sales & Marketing with market intelligence reports.
- Ensuring adherence to all of the systems.
