Team Leader - Inside Sales - Software Solutions (4-6 yrs)
- Responsible for leading an inside sales team of 5 members.
- Responsible for revenue generation, leading, motivating the team, interaction with customers.
- Performance evaluation of the team members, identify the pitfalls and take measures for improvement.
- Monitoring of the daily sales activities and follow ups.
- Should have good communication skills and a team player.
- Candidates with IT/Technical product Sales experience advantage.
- Candidates from other domains with team leader experience also preferred.
